An email is sent to you with a link to your site, notifying you each time there is a new listing on the market, or if there is a change to a listing, such as a price change.

Be informed:
For each listing you will receive details such as the address, directions, number of days on the market, property taxes, heating/cooling, room sizes and more. Armed with this information, you are then free to drive by the listed properties and through the neighborhoods to see if they meet your needs. This is hassle-free, “one stop shopping” at its best with no pressure from salespeople. If you like the neighborhood and the exterior of the property and want to see the inside, we schedule an appointment at your convenience. Remember, we can show you any listing that is on the market.

Your choice:
This detailed information about homes matching your profile can be printed and distributed to you on a daily or weekly basis by a method of your specification, such as a email, fax, regular mail, or by a phone call. You decide!
